Sunday Worship is a dynamic, interpersonal experience where you can meet with God, discover new friends, and gain a vision for life and service. The Bridge creates a causal yet intimate experience that is tied to the ancient traditions of the historic Christian faith while being relevant to the postmodern culture. Sunday Worship takes place every weekend at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose, starting at 10:28 AM. Come dress in comfortable, causal attire or whatever helps you meet with God.
At Sunday Worship you will hear compelling messages in a clear and practical manner. The aim of each Sunday message is to see God’s Word transform your life. Pastor Andy speaks from God’s Word on an array of topics. (You can download past Bridge sermons at the “blog” page.) Recent examples include:
- One Month to Live: 30 Days to a No-Regrets Life
- The Prophecy of Isaiah: Seeing the Holy One
- Ephesians: Uncovering the Mystery of Christ
- The Gospel of Mark: Discovering the Life and Message of Jesus
- RE:DO: Making the Most of God’s Second “Chances”
The Bridge utilizes the latest in visual, audio and artistic expression to communicate the glory of God. The Bridge Band, led by Jay Correa, draws from a variety of musical styles, from Pop-rock to Gospel to Latin Jazz, to help people worship God. The Bridge believes that God is the Creator of all things beautiful and that as people made in his image we enjoy the privilege of co-creating with him.
On the first Sunday of every month The Bridge partakes in the sacrament of Communion. All those who profess faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord are welcome to participate. The first Sunday of the month is also our Family Service where children stay with their parents and worship together. Children who have made a public confession of Jesus as Lord are welcome to participate in the Lord’s Supper.
