Excellent Children’s and Youth Ministry

Kids are important at The Bridge!  Jesus said, Let the children come unto me.  Therefore, The Bridge is very intentional about drawing kids to Christ in a fun and relevant way.  Our youth ministries are designed to empower kids to hear from God and grow in Christian character. 3007681870_6db037cf11_z

BridgeKids is our children’s ministry for ages toddlers to 6th grade.  Through BridgeKids, your child will benefit from an age-appropriate curriculum that is centered on God’s Word.  Your child will learn to apply the Bible in a way that captures her imagination and shapes his character. BridgeKids has loving and well-prepared instructors who create an fun environment that is safe and inclusive of all kids and their learning styles.

Youth Ministry–WildFire

In addition to BridgeKids, we also have a Youth Ministry called WildFire.  WildFire is for junior and senior high students.  At WildFire, children pray, sing, hear God’s word together–and have a great time doing it.  WildFire meets every Tuesday from 8-9:30 PM.  WildFire also hosts retreats and attends conferences each year.

For more information on BridgeKids or WildFire, contact us at info@thebridgesanjose.org.

Celebration of The Sacred at The Bridge

Two events mark sacred celebration at The Bridge each month.

The first event is the celebration of Communion on the first Sunday of the month.  Communion is where we partake in the body and blood of Jesus who is Lord.  The Bridge hosts an “open table” where whoever professes faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord is welcome to participate.

On the last Sunday of the month The Bridge enjoys a Family Feast together.  These Family Feasts take place immediately following Sunday Worship.  Everyone is encouraged to stay afterwards to enjoy great food, faith, fun, and fellowship together.  You can get to know others at The Bridge.

Adopt Your Street

You can change the spiritual climate of your city through the Adopt Your Street initiative.  Adopt Your Street is a simple yet powerful way for you to do “prayer evangelism” in your neighborhood.  By adopting a particular street (or streets), you can apply the 4-step process of transformation, based on Luke 10.  It is: to Bless, Serve, Fellowship, and Proclaim.  The Bridge would like to partner with you to see every street in the Bay Area covered in prayer and reached with the good news of Jesus.  God can use you to reach your community.  To find out more and to register your designated street, click here. You can also start prayer-walking your street today by downloading the AdoptYourCity app from your app store. Adopt_Your_Street
